The New York Shield, Pipes and Drums Band proudly represented the Oyster Bay Fire Department as they marched through the town this Memorial Day. Chief Frank Mantegari III led the department followed by his officers, the Ex-chiefs, and then members of the department. The apparatus then followed. Returning for another year was a crowd favorite, Uncle Sam a.k.a. Joe Minicozzi Sr.
